Agriculture is a critical source of livelihood for rural communities. Our agriculture and natural farming interventions focus on promoting sustainable farming practices, farmer capacity building, livelihood enhancement and community-based approaches.
We support farmers and rural communities in understanding improved agricultural practices, reducing dependence on external inputs and strengthening sustainable livelihood opportunities.
Our work also emphasises knowledge sharing, community institutions, farmer learning and convergence with relevant programmes and stakeholders.
Project Praveen is an employability and skill development initiative focused on improving access to vocational skills and employment opportunities for young people.
The project integrates candidate counselling, training coordination, monitoring, assessment and certification to create a structured pathway from training to employment.
We work closely with communities and stakeholders to ensure that candidates receive the guidance and support required to successfully complete their training and progress towards employment.

Through the Uttar Pradesh Skill Development Mission (UPSDM), we work towards enhancing the employability of youth by providing access to vocational and skill development programmes.

The Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana (PMKVY) focuses on providing industry-relevant skill training and certification to individuals and improving their opportunities for employment and livelihoods.
Under PMKVY, Niranjan Madhyamik Shiksha Samiti has worked towards connecting candidates with structured vocational training, assessment and certification opportunities.
Our implementation approach combines community mobilisation, candidate counselling, training delivery, monitoring and employment-oriented support.

The Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Grameen Kaushalya Yojana (DDU-GKY) is a Government of India initiative focused on providing skill training and sustainable employment opportunities to rural youth.
Niranjan Madhyamik Shiksha Samiti has implemented DDU-GKY skill development projects with a focus on mobilisation, counselling, vocational training, assessment, certification, placement and post-placement support.
Through these interventions, rural youth are equipped with market-oriented skills that improve their employability and enable them to access better livelihood opportunities.
